State in the U.S. as well as in Europe, Canada, and Mexico. He is the Chief Editor of the popular magazine
The Palette Magazine and the author of several watercolor instruction books. His award-winning paintings
have appeared in numerous regional, national shows, and museum shows and he has served as juror for many
national and international exhibitions. He has almost 50
